VITBIO is honored to collaborate with the Gasol Foundation in support of its global health initiatives. We were privileged to join Pau Gasol, 2-time NBA Champion with the Los Angeles Lakers, and an exceptional group of golfers united around an important cause focused on improving health and well-being for children and families worldwide.
As part of the event at Fairmont La Hacienda Links Hotel, VITBIO integrated its golf training system, which was used by elite PGA TOUR and DP World Tour players, including Adri Arnaus and Juan Quirós, as well as many more elite golfers and guests throughout the weekend.
We were especially impressed by the commitment and dedication of Pau Gasol and the Gasol Foundation’s executive team. Their continued efforts are making a meaningful contribution to healthier lifestyles, physical education, and public health impact across countries and communities.
Founded by Pau and Marc Gasol, the Gasol Foundation is an international non-profit organization dedicated to improving childhood health, especially among vulnerable communities. Through evidence-based programs, scientific research, public awareness campaigns, and policy advocacy, the Foundation works across four key pillars of health: physical activity and sport, healthy nutrition, quality sleep, and emotional well-being.
During the 2024–2025 academic year, the Foundation reached 31,956 children and adults through its programs, collaborated with 184 institutions and organizations, delivered 505 hours of training to health, social, and education professionals, and published 3 scientific articles in high impact journals, reaching more than 54,800 people through its scientific publications.
We are grateful for the opportunity to support the Gasol Foundation and contribute to its mission of reducing childhood obesity and promoting healthier lifestyles among children, adolescents, and families at international levels.
